Apartments and Houses:
In the case of foreign individuals looking to buy a property in Prague, we are able to guide you through the whole purchase process that can be sometimes quite burdensome to deal with. By cooperating with local real estate agencies and other companies, we provide a “home-search” service to help you find relevant properties, arrange for accompanied viewings and independently advise you on a range of pre-purchase and post-purchase property issues.

Land Plots and Tenanted Buildings:
In the case of individuals, private companies or investment funds that wish to purchase a plot of land to develop, or buy a building to reconstruct, or invest in projects with a yield, we can act as an intermediary to source appropriate opportunities across all sectors of the property market due to our extensive network of local contacts in the Czech Republic (and also Slovakia).
In addition to introducing projects and brokering the sale, we can also assist with the handling of legal and/or accounting work, or using our partner to provide assistance with obtaining loans.
